| Use our
convenient shopping cart or manually complete the order form at the
bottom of this page. If you feel uncomfortable ordering online you
can go to the postal mail/Fax order form at the bottom of this page and
mail or fax your order. We offer a toll free fax number.

no phone orders - to insure we do not make a mistake on your order we
request you complete the order form. |

| Custom Jewelry Orders: |
| A name or initial can be engraved in gold or colored
enamel letters on our custom bracelets, rings, and earrings. By writing
"none" in the "name/initial on item" part of the order form, you will
receive only the Hawaiian scroll and plumeria design with no name/initial. We put
the name on the jewelry exactly as it appears on the order form - if you would like
your name in Hawaiian then be sure to enter your Hawaiian name on the order form.
The numerals of the product number describe the width of the custom jewelry in
millimeters. |

| Lifetime Warranty
Information: |
| All products have an unlimited
lifetime warranty on manufacturer's defects, and such items will be repaired or
replaced. However, We will not be responsible for replacing custom orders (your name
or initial engraved) or items that were ordered in the wrong size. |

| 30 Day Unconditional Guarantee: |
| If you are unhappy for any
reason with any of our jewelry you may return them for a full refund or exchange within 30
days of purchase. You must
receive a return authorization number from our customer service and
proof of purchase must
accompany returned item. Please email us for your return
authorization request. S & H fees excluded. There is a 10% restocking
fee for all returned items over $500.00. We will
not be responsible for jewelry items that were ordered in the wrong size.
We do not accept returns for custom jewelry
orders (your name or initial engraving). |
