How
to send us your jewelry for repair: |
|
All items to be re-sized,
re-enameled, or re-engraved must be mailed in a box and must be INSURED.
We recommend USPS Priority Mail Insured with
delivery confirmation. You must
notify us via email when you are shipping the item.
Once we receive your jewelry, it will take about 5
days for us to complete the repair and another
5 days for return shipping from Hawaii. If you need your repair
completed faster you may request Express Shipping
for $15.00 on the order form. Be sure to
include the return shipping charges are $6.00.
We ship USPS Priority Mail Insured with delivery
confirmation.
Please print out a order form located
HERE and send it with your jewelry. Please write Jewelry
Repair in the "Description" column and tell us what work you need to have
done in the "Comments" section. Do not forget to include
your payment information if needed.
