Char Siu Hamburgers

1/2 cup water

1 lb. ground pork, beef or turkey

Combine 1 pkg. NOH Chinese Barbecue Mix with 1/2 cup water and mix well. Add to ground meat and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1/4 lb. patties. Fry, charbroil or bake.
